Samedi matin, well....Saturday morning we went to our local Farmer's market and we visited our favorite vendors. Paradise Farm had an interesting looking zucchini.
I knew immediately what to prepare! I dug out my recipes from when I studied in Aix-en-Provence. Oh you can't read French? Food Network has an approximation here.
I substituted ground veal for the sausage and made up for it by spicing abundantly.
